This initiative aims to support nonprofit organizations, community groups, and educational institutions by providing laptops to enhance their impact and reach. Applications will be collected monthly, and winners will be announced within 15 days of each cycle.

We provide reliable, refurbished laptops that are thoroughly tested and come with a fresh installation of necessary software.  

While specific models may vary depending on donations, we strive to provide devices that meet the essential computing needs of nonprofits.

HOW HEARTFELT IT LAPTOP GIVEAWAY PROGRAM WORKS

We make it easy for nonprofits to access the technology they need.  Our program follows a simple and transparent process:

Nonprofits submit an application outlining their technology needs and how receiving laptops will help them achieve their mission.

We carefully review each application to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria and prioritizes organizations serving underserved communities.

Based on available inventory and organizational needs, we allocate refurbished laptops to selected nonprofits.

We coordinate delivery or pickup of the laptops and provide basic setup assistance to ensure a smooth transition.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Our Laptop Giveaway Program is open to registered nonprofit organizations that:

✔ Be a registered nonprofit or charity in Canada or the United States

✔ Demonstrate a clear need for technology support.

✔ Agree to submit a follow-up report on the impact of the laptops after six months.
